As state director of the CT College of Technology since 1995, Karen Birch has created a nationally recognized seamless pathway in engineering and technology fields for Connecticut’s 12 community colleges, eight universities and high schools. She serves as a key member of the CT CLICKs leadership team, recruiting faculty and developing our partnerships with France and across CT. Her expertise in stackable credentials and increasing women and underrepresented minorities is invaluable in engaging faculty and institutionalizing CLICKs.
