Angela Palumbo Martin is an Instructor and Chair of English as a Second Language and Foreign Languages at Tompkins Cortland Community College in Dryden, New York. She holds a B.A. in French from Stetson University and an M.A. in Applied Linguistics from the University of Massachusetts. A Steven’s Initiative Fellow, she traveled to Egypt and Lebanon this summer to prepare for her fall COIL collaboration. She serves as the campus COIL Coordinator.
