Dr. Ivonne Dekker is an education specialist at the Institute of Communication at the University of Applied Sciences, Utrecht, The Netherlands. She holds a PHD in International Communication and has extensive international experience in tertiary education, obtained in South Africa and more recently for the past seven years the Netherlands.
